Also, she's absolutely right: domes ARE amazing.

Yep. Also: "You know, it's amazing that it's legal for kids to be actors. How is that not child labor? I didn't know what I was signing up for — I was three."

I also like that even though she was wasted, she still went to her AA meeting, and even tried to stop Bojack from deriding it. She was certainly no angel, and made horrible decisions, but her period of soberness clearly meant something to her.

I'm trying to resist discussing the next episode, but since it's thematically appropriate I'm gonna be naughty. Next episode's cold open shows an opportunity that could have been used to help Sarah Lynn "grow as a person," but of course Bojack's selfishness missed it.

The writers have been setting this one up for the long-haul, that's for sure. From a Horsin' Around flashback in Season 1, Episode 3:

Is it me, or does this review read a lot more negatively than a B would suggest?

I mean, "#1 Crush" might be the best song from the 90s full stop.

Have you played the PSP remake? I did. Gotta say, it was a bit of a slog. I think Persona 2: Innocent Sin improved upon it in every way.

Wow, I didn't know that's how it was advertised, haha. That is blatantly false. Unless they're counting the menu screen load time (which is insufferable) as gameplay.

You know, the Street Fighter II soundtrack is on Spotify (both the CPS-1 version from the original, and the CPS-2 version from Super Street Fighter II), so I tend to listen to it a lot when I'm working out. I think it's underappreciated since as the background music to a fighting game, players don't really tend to pay

I always liked the Chicken/Baking song the most. The way Parappa said "Butter butter butter goes in the bowl" made me happy

Best line?

I'm gonna have to go with "Road to Vengeance" from Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen.

How does one rock a boob window on a form-fitting leotard in real life? I imagine it involves lots of gaffer tape.

Don't you have to confirm your character's movement in those games, though? Of course, if you're trying to fly through the battle menus, I can easily see how you'd mess that up.

By the way, Ignatiy's comment about wanting a Dendy when he had a clearly superior SNES is embarrassingly relatable to me. When I was about 8, I traded my Gameboy to a neighbor kid for his Game Gear. And as great as those Sonic and Shinobi games were, I'm sure you can tell who got the raw deal there.

Man, thank goodness for thumbsticks. Bless you, Nintendo. The N64 controller may have been a nightmare from a design perspective, but the abandonment of tank controls was worth it. I was heavily into the PS1 era Tomb Raider games when they came out, but when I attempted to relive the magic a few years ago, they were

3D fighters have a certain grace of movement and flow to them that seems to attract new players a little more easily (at least the ones that are competently made, that is). It's much easier to pick up Tekken or DoA and seem like you know what you're doing.

Also, say what you will about SFA3's bloated cast and overabundance of combos and super meters (it's a fair criticism), but I wore my Playstation version of that threadbare. The appeal of being able to choose from every single SF and SFA character at that point was a huge draw, and me, my brother, my friends and his
