How many parts did you sell off of this to keep your race car going??

Considering it’s my daily driver and I’m not 16 I don’t care if some flat brim bro is his GTI rolls up wanting to race. 1) I’m on the street so no thank you. 2) I can’t even see him asking to race through the vape smoke. 3) bring that thing to the track and put it against the GT4 that I do race and see how that ends.

Just bought a 2019 Accord Sport 2.oT last week and yes I can tell you, very good decision.

Agreed, I was asking more for curiosity.  Being able to hold 3 mortgages with what I make “on paper” per year is crazy.  Rates are normally decent but when I am only keeping them for a few months at a time I am not losing sleep over paying an extra point or two. 

Question. I buy and sell homes 2-5 times a year and keep mortgages for a short time while doing rehabs and trying to find a buyer. Does the paying off of these loans hurt my credit? Or just the application for new loans (pulling your credit over and over again) hurt it?
