I am going to have to disagree about the timelessness of the X-Files. Some episodes maybe, but when you watch the show now Mulder does not read the same way. He sounds like the person ranting on your Facebook feed that you quietly unfriend.

I had just rewatched “Teso Dos Bichos” earlier this week, so when a clip from that episode turned up, and Reggie says “If this turns out to be killer cats, I will be so disappointed,” I was on the floor laughing.

This should have been the series finale.

I’d add the Studio Ghibli/Miyazaki directed “On Your Mark”, sung by the Japanese rock duo Chage & Aska. It’s a full fledged animation with a typically heart warming Ghibli story!

I actually really liked the Barbie episode. It went to some really dark places: prostitution, financial fraud, castles with axe dungeons, whatever that weird ass statue was behind the former Mattel CEO they interviewed. Barbie has a sordid history.
