My staff does maintenance, I get them where they need to be. I do billing and deal with the managers complaints. I can’t even get this guy to figure out how to not get paint everywhere. He’s 36 and refuses to check his emails everyday.

In My office, I almost always have someone off. Usually scheduled. This is good. Again its one employee I have trouble with. In my original posting I said sick time is good.

Guy I will happily let this employee work for you. I have no complaints about any other employee. In fact I freely admit I should take off more for sick time. I’m glad they use it. but there’s using it and there’s abusing it and I do know the difference.

Crap employees are clogs, the other guys that work for me do what theyre supposed to. This guy sucks AND milks the system. He needed surgery last year and complained he didn’t get paid enough on short term disability. if he would have save his sick time he could have weathered the storm better.

Yeah, I have my own office and Keep the door closed if I’m sick. I’m not an idiot, but I really never get sick. All of my staff had COVID and I still managed to never get it.

I’m not upset that he’s using sick time, I’m upset that he’s using them when he’s not sick. He has more days off in a year than me and barely does what he’s supposed to when he’s actually working.
