I dunno..sometimes a spider human can be hot as hell
Sad and sweet, clever transitional effects, directed with an eye for detail.
A solid effort from Mr. Haskett. I had to smile reading the credits, with writer/director doing the editing and family members utilized as craft services and transportation—to me it makes it all more endearing. The cinematography was nicely done, the acting decent and the length about right. The graphic nature of the…
Dude too far back. Oil is fairly new fangled as for as technological dependence. If oil was stripped, we’d switch back to external combustion and steampunk. Steam engines can run off wood shavings, and wood grows on trees.
I think we’re going to see a genre for this sort of thing, Cowboys and Kalashnikovs. What happens when you lose the profligate energy wasting of a cheap oil society (housewife driving a 2 ton car five miles to buy lettuce) but keep the high value/low weight stuff? That's really incredible... I'm sure 7 out of 10 people won't be able to tell CGI birds from real ones. :) Soon, we'll get to a point where CGI can perfectly mimic reality. And then, the Matrix...
Yeah, I was thinking it looked like something out of Assassin's Creed — good-looking render, definitely, but nothing I'd mistake for reality.
I do. What's breaking the illusion for you?
Uhh...you think that looks real?
There is hope for mankind
They didn't really show the whole thing. The cat needs to urinate or poop at one point....
HAHA I can't stop laughing at that second one. Clever.
