Actually, Keith from AROnline did a mistake. The Citroën XB project was yet in the pipe at Bertone when Gandini designed the Volvo Tundra. The truth is the Tundra was designed after the BX even if it was unveiled before the Citroën. Some people say Citroën mangerss were deeply angry when they discovered the Tundra.

This design proposal was also made by Sergio Sartorelli from Ghia but was named EA47 Type 3
