Not sure if you’ve seen the original Men in Black movie, but this truck totally reminds me of the alien in the “Edgar Suit.”

Lastly that “propeller hat” up top is similar to the ‘x wing’ antennas we used to use on our an/psc-5's for SATCOM - satellite communications.
https://jalopnik.com/there-is-is-nothing-special-about-the-special-forces-ne-1694594128 Forgot about that article from way back. To be clear, this is probably (?) not the vehicle pictured, but possibly from another manufacturer trying to get into the game w/Navistar.
The SOTV linked in my post above had independent rear suspension. The rear end looks like a solid axle. I’d heard that there were other competing bids to the International/Navistar SOTV-A/B but can’t recall which manufacturer is also in the mix.

Not that anyone is going to read this but Pro: the company has GREAT customer service. Con: I’ve had to avail myself of it 3 times now, and I’ve given up. Reason: I’m 6'1" 190lbs, I used this at my standing desk as a balance board. I’ve long since thrown away what remained of my 4th simply fit board. Without bouncing…
