I do body weight stuff because you don't need to go to a gym or need any stuff to do it. Sometimes I use a resistance band. Are there additional benefits to lifting weights that you don't get from body weight stuff?

God, that makes me love him more. Obviously I love him the most for Fievel Goes West.
I think the point is to encourage people who don't fit the mold to keep dancing even if they won't be in Royal or ABT. Not everyone who dances has to dance at the level or in that context. From the comments on this article, it seems that bigger people are often discouraged from pursuing ballet in ANY way, which is…
Wow, it's half really gorgeous, half really hideous (I'm looking at you green...napkin dress?).
I defer to your expert opinion!
Ohhh, Pudge is new to me! I'll always be a Maru person though.
Hate? Despise? I think you care too much about people that have nothing to do with you.
I have a guy friend who wears his long blonde hair in Heidi braids all the time, and it looks great. This should be more of a thing.
You can be proud of whatever body you have without being a dick to people who have a different kind of body. If the only way to feel good about yourself is to bring someone else down, then you are DOING IT WRONG!
I drink so much more water when it's in a bottle; drinking from a cup sucks. But I guess I hate wrinkles even more than cups so...ARGH. Why is my life so hard!? (It's not actually.)
I was actually thinking that it seems like a pretty good deal, considering it's a celebrity wedding.
I would have to disagree. Photography is photography, it has its own distortions and stylistic contrivances. Photography =/= real, especially in this day and age...
Sorry but to be accurate, Rembrandt was a realist, not a photorealist. Photorealism from a PICTURE is different than realism, as the source is flat. You can usually tell from the flatness of the image, from the use of depth of field and light when something is from a photo. The goal of photorealism is to look like…
Blah, count me in the anti-photorealism camp. I actually know how to do it too, and worked as a color mixer for a photo realist painter. It's not ACTUALLY as hard as one would think. Project the image, map out color sections, mix the colors, apply colors, blend with fluffy brush. I could teach anyone with a decent…
I wonder if it's the lighting..but everyone looks kind of washed out and the fabrics all look wrinkly, saggy and weird...
I'm hoping in 10 years I will be like, psh I wouldn't postpone it for ONLY $10,000! =) But right now $10,000 is major dollars.
It's $10,000! I could go on a whole other honeymoon! But maybe it's because I'm a broke person who LOVES money. There are very few things you couldn't pay me to do.
I love this trend, but I think one has to be very careful about warm vs cool with this kind of thing.
I agree! I think she grew into her looks over the years and has "softened" over the years. I never thought she was beautiful when she was younger, but now I think she is the MOST beautiful.
I want to see that movie for so many reasons, including my weird obsession with the Jolie-Pitts. But also, Maleficent was my favorite Disney character as a kid.
