So, uh, the areas with the most government intervention in the form of “affordable” housing and building restrictions have a supply problem with housing.

Yeah, we totally should give that money to government run social service agencies instead. Cause, ya know-they’ve been so successful at helping him and others like him so far. Maybe, eventually, they’d get around to helping this guy with 1/10 of 1% of the money.

Besides getting rid of perfectly functional automobiles from an enthusiast point of view, the Cash for Clunkers really did a number on the poor community.

Any car for $750 that runs is a good deal. A Camry from Toyota’s peak over engineered phase? NP all day. Probably a NP at twice that.

Nice job Kaep, Bey, and SI.

You have way too much free time on your hands man.

No one over the age of 17 should be wearing a team jersey unless they are actually on the team. It’s just ridiculous. Though I think there is something to opposite body types regarding fans on the names of players.

Great football IQ and really just no quit even after the tackle.

The base model at $26K is exactly what you’re describing. I don’t see the problem. Did you think the top trims were going to be affordable utilitarian models for everyone rich or poor? Do you think 36K for a top trim SUV is a lot?

Hint: It won’t be.

I dig it. Totally insane. Just like a Lambo should be.

I also like to ban things I dislike. Oh, wait, no I don’t.

Gawd that was insufferable.

speak for yourself.

The key here is the buying aspect of your story. The higher ups at MB had no respect for others property.

Neither Sergio, nor FCA, has the credit score to get a Model X.

So shady by MB. If you’re gonna knock off someone’s work, at least have the courtesy to pay retail.

Ouch, we aren’t quite there. But a house in my town with a market price of 400K +- will have a $7500 tax bill. And the town where I live has some of the lowest property taxes in our area (of Connecticut). Plus we have a 5.5% income tax.

So my situation is similar. But you’ll likely need to incorporate into an S Corp to get the new cap on business income-as opposed to earned income. I assume we will see a huge wave of LLC’s, LLP’s, and DBA’s filing to become S corps in the early part of 2018. I already have an S Corp so I’m fortunate.

“this bill will light a fire under the ass of states like ours to address the confiscatory property tax rates”
