That image looks like a literal rendering of a polished turd.

Yeah, I hate all those fat cat EPA employees flaunting their bags of money around. What?

Are you suggesting that LESS funding for the EPA will make things cleaner?

You’d think it wouldn’t be a big deal, but as soon as it was announced as a possibility you’d have veery automaker and republican congress person telling everyone how much it would cause 5% lower auto sales, cost 10,000 jobs, and end up somehow costing the government more than it brings in.

“fee-based system in which automakers would pay the laboratory for its work”

This actually makes a lot of sense. Charging quickly like this degrades the batteries faster. After a certain point of wear leveling, Tesla tries to preserve as much battery life as possible.

I think, from now on, there should be a poll and see which “expert” us Jalops agrees with as well as submitting our own recommendation.

I’ll be honest, that looks better than their new grille in my opinion.

Ok I’m going to assume this is the case of the author not writing the headline because there’s some serious lede burying going on here.

Except isnt production capacity Tesla’s main barrier to profitability? If this increases capacity, it is likely more valuable than future cash from from contracts. Also, they will have to honor the current contracts because they are contracts. It’s an issue of future contracts.

The Ferrari emblem every 5 feet on the course is very subtle and tasteful.

Well.. Chevy hasn’t exactly distinguished themselves in the mind of consumers. After a couple of decades worth of boring ugly unreliable junk, people are obviously a little turned off of Chevy. Myself included. I’ll never buy a domestic brand again and especially not a Chevy.

The Leaf can be had for less than half the price of the Bolt, it wins even if it’s not as good.

I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in weeks...”

You know what? I actually like the CT6. It’s almost a legit old-school full size Cadillac car (i.e. excluding the Escalade), the likes of which we haven’t seen in years. It’s the first time since the 1996 Fleetwood that a Cadillac car has had an honest full-size 120" wheelbase*. And what’s this?

You honestly think the Leaf is better looking than this car? The Leaf’s headlights are the single worst design feature on any car in existence. In my opinion, they’re enough to make the Leaf one of the worst-looking cars for sale in the U.S., up there with the i-MIEV and the Buick Encore.

Extra cost, less aerodynamics.

Following the trend, it looks like the f type also has no room in the engine bay

Rearward visibility only marginally better than this

Balloons, you say?
