cue the “I like how this car looks but I’m unsure about FIAT reliability so I’m going to get the uglier Miata” idiots...
maybe i just don’t want to have tony fixing it again...
It’s because the majority of drivers do not pay attention to their surroundings. Part of defensive driving is observing and predicting other people’s next move(s). If everyone drove defensively the road would be a lot safer. Instead we have one car seemingly oblivious to the dangerous actions of those directly next…
I’m seeing someone blaming the truck driver and adding that the Nissan driver isn’t exactly squeaky clean either. I don’t see any excuses. It doesn’t have to be black or white you know.
it’s because people are stupid and the only direction they look is forward.
Not to give the truck driver any credit but the Nissan driver wasn’t passing anyone and looked to just be blocking him in the passing lane, intentionaly. There seems to be enough blame to go around with this one.
You could be right, but you still cannot escalate to deadly force unless your life is in danger. I can’t pull my gun just because some guy is giving me the finger. No one wants to walk away anymore.
Let me first say the truck driver should be charged with assault with a deadly weapon and there is no excuse for the truck driver’s actions.
They don’t seem to be doing very much passing. Most all road rage is two people being assholes, and one winning. The loser plays the victim.
This wasn’t an original thought on my part. I wasn’t being clever. This was the accepted comparison of the time, whether you agree with it or not.
Personally, I think the GTO was a handsome car and a great overall package. Nearly bought one myself, Cavalier comparisons be damned.
The fact that it vaguely resembled the Cavalier of the time was both it’s best and worst quality.
Watch out with that thing. I hear they go crazy and run into crowds.
Doesn’t seem all that likely that he’s referencing a decade-old concept car, but maybe you’re being sarcastic?
I don’t know why they would let Alfa develop anything for the infotainment system. Chrysler’s Uconnect system may be a few years old, but it has gotten a lot of praise. Re-skin that with some Alfa logos and call it a day. Nobody buys Italian for the tech; it should be good enough to not be distracting and that’s about…
1st Gear = Nissan
I’ll use that line trying to convince the wife it’s for her.
