Totally with you on all of that.
Totally with you on all of that.
Not true! It was just like suddenly I was on the Jalopnik edition of a Hollywood Homes Tour!
I grew up in Sterling Heights... since living here, I have learned that natives are quite insistent that Dearborn is 'NOT Downriver' haha
LOL so you've been here, I'm assuming? There's a lot of 'well, huh' in Dearborn!! Haha
I live in Dearborn! Alfas are fairly common here but there's used Maseratis everywhere. Also tons of older (and newer) Range Rovers. It's an interesting town, that's for sure. But anyway, I wouldn't want this as an auto, and I'm sure they don't come with a real stick so whatever. It is a good deal tho. Anyone want me…
You know, I get a lot of pushback from my mechanic when I want what he continues to be 'maintenence' alignments done. Can't really wrap my head around it. It's not like I'm trying to not pay for it...
Did you take them to eat at Scotty Simpson's while on the 'WTF' tour of Brightmoor? I love that place. So much. My fiance bought me a Scotty Simpson's shirt, in fact.
Now I don't know anything about the potential causes, but I do appreciate you pointing out that it IS in fact rhythmic. It being repeatedly referred to as 'non-rhythmic' was getting to me.
Anyone notice it's now 13.5k? Pretty soon this sweet ride's gonna be in NP territory... can we revisit it next week when it's 5k???
Especially dentists on Freaks and Geeks with awesome vanity plates...
Starred in spite of 'Bob's your uncle'
Imagine my surprise/glee/amazement when I glanced to my right driving through a Metro Detroit suburb and saw The Tracy Compound, complete with half-circle drive filled with Jeeps in varying states of something or other. It was the highlight of my month.
I watched a really terrific and... heartwarming... video on YouTube recently where a guy went with a couple friends to buy one of these. Like, flew across the country with them to buy it and drive it home. Made me want one! But not really. Still, this one seems like a no-brainer NP to me. Maintenance is everything…
What in the world accounts for Canada's lack of participation?????
Don't want it. Can't afford it but wouldn't want it anyway. Even if I could. There's both sweet and sour grapes in there. Still, NP.
Thank you for posting such a pleasant NPoCP... high miles, had to have been maintained to last this many (which, btw, my amazing and fantastic Blazer had this amount just before it was totalled from behind - please use the joke opportunity I’ve just provided), very fairly priced, body looks better than it should for…
+1 for 'anecdata'
...annnnnd for the win...
Damn! I'd go to the bank right now to make that deal!
A few things: 1) I love it 2) my (old) mechanic told me once this was the most giant hassle of a car to work on (even when new), as parts were just nonexistent and 3) if this had been around when my truck got totalled a few years ago, I absolutely would have rolled the dice and bought it. I wish I could justify owning…
