Sorry, I'm a little confused; since when did 'had' lose the status of verb. In Standard British English, 'had' is the simple past conjugation of the verb 'have'. For example "He had a cup of tea and a slice of cake." Admittedly, it's also used in the pluperfect as well but, regardless, it is still a verb!

That DOES make sense:

Go to Noma; it's meant to be EVEN better!!!

Pretty sure BT in the UK do something similar, where anyone with BT broadband effectively sends out two wireless signals, one that's private and the other is a subscription public hotspot. Gets annoying when my phone autoconnects to the public hotspot first and then can't access the internet!

I absolutely agree and my next phone will most likely be a WP8 phone from an Android but it's a shame that there isn't yet a big enough app selection nor a developer community for it, at least compared to ios and android.

Important factor will be APPS. If big firms aren't making WP8 apps alongside ios and Android, Nokia won't have a hope. Having said that, WP8 development will (or at least SHOULD) be easier than for WP7

Denmark's still the better Scandinavian country

Try Adblock instead of ABP—that's what I'm using.

weird... I don't ever get adverts after I installed adblock!

Adverts... what adverts?

They'd only need three colours: cyan, yellow and magenta, thus allowing them to display a much wider range of colours.

Wrong way dude... EVERYONE knows it's breakfast first, then brushing teeth.

Why do you need a 64-bit browser? How often does any of your chrome processes go over 3.5GB anyway?

At London Heathrow, you can add an extra 45min if you have baggage at the very least. And then going through passport control...

How the hell does the 'Mode of Transport' feature detect? GPS based movement speed or accelerometer? Does that mean I need GPS on 24/7..... my battery can barely last a day as it is!

Actually very few after several were removed by the App Store... Possibly just a coincidence that the Director of the App Store was selling his own fart app that fortunately (for him) escaped the cull.

Gizmodo shows adverts... since when?
