I am still taking a week off. Work has been a real drag the last couple weeks.

Teppanyaki is delicious no matter what, but it is dinner and a show. They do it with such style.

I stocked up on tinned corn and beans as well as dried navy beans.

New favorite restaurant is closed indefinitely. All I want is to grab a little take out from them, but they closed completely.

I was supposed to be on vacation right now. We are planning to make our trip some time next year, maybe at the end of summer.

It will all be “don’t tell me what to do!” until it is “why didn’t you stop us?!?!?”

I am kind of hoping that this sorts out the antivaxxer problem one way or another. I don't mean that they all die, necessarily,  but fhat is an option.

You would put the economy before tens or hundreds of thousands of lives?

Assume that a vaccine is a year away. Plan your life accordingly. A lot of stuff are not going to happen.

“Personally I was born in 1977 (anyone born through the end of the 70's is Gen X) and played the original Oregon trail on the apple IIe in elemetary school.”

I usually use pastrami and tuck a hashbrown patty inside, if I have it, but yeah, it is a great way to start the day.

He would probably try to get her removed from office if she did that.

Feel free to save this pic for later use. I have found it to be a catch all these days.

Skip the cutlery and use one of these instead. It is from tupperware and it is for mixing stuff. I also use it for combining the flour and water to thicken sauces.

How long would it take to actually clean and sterilize one of those cruise ships from top to bottom? There are people who need jobs right now.

Cruises are kind of perfect for people with young kids. Most have day care services that you can drop the little ones off at before going to sit in lounge chairs all day, drinking beer and margaritas. Getting 3-5 days of just chilling is, according to most people I know who have young kids, living the dream.

Sadly, the boomers who survive and were also the ones acting this this virus is no big deal will come back. There will be less of them, but they will go back.

I talked to the welder at work about modding up my car for the coming apocalypse.

Still not an excuse to be street racing. If you want to race your car, then get to a fucking track or get fucked.
