Be careful with condo fees though. A buddy of mine bought a condo that was close-ish to work and now he pays like $500 a month in condo fees(up from I think the original $200 a month). He also has to pay extra money to have the outside of the building fixed up so he owes another like 10k for that.

I feel like metro is good for going to places since you can time it pretty easily so not much of a wait/can leave a bit early if needed. But uber or cab is better for when you leave to go somewhere else or going home. Otherwise you’re in for a 15-20 minute train wait.

I love bars that have those deals. It’s usually only like $6 too.
