Please NO. It’s bad enough these days that we have to deal with crappy computer controlled slush boxes, and start stop type technology that gives less and less driver feel, and more and more disconnect. It’s so refreshing to jump in an old vehicle that actually responds right away when you give it input. I understand

All I can say is THANK YOU! I tried a couple of months ago to find a motorcycle news site online that I liked. I ended up finding three very mediocre sites that don’t do anything well. I’ve been waiting for someone to step up and offer the motorcycling world the same type of coverage that we get with the automotive

When I was younger I used to get mad as I’m sure most of us did. Now, I sit back and put myself in the other driver’s shoes. Are they having a bad day? What could be happening in their life right now that has put them into their current mood or state? Did they just lose their job, or a relative? Are they in a

Can you imagine the forces on that catch fence? Kudos to the engineers for the amazing design!

Vibration....Hmmmm.... You wouldn’t be referencing the 2014/2015 GM trucks would you? That’s normal, it’s the new back massager option!

Close...This...Place...Down...

Considering the car was stopped at a light, the rider went a little overboard. You never know what kind of day someone is having, or why they’re needing to use their phone. As a rider, I have no problem with a driver texting at a stop light, as long as they’re paying attention to what’s around them. It’s no different

What a surprise, a manufacturer can’t get its transmission software correct. This is getting ridiculous. You can’t even drive a new vehicle today without the transmission feeling confused.

There’s a GM / Chrysler dealership about 30 miles from me that does a great job with Facebook. They’ll post photos with special deals and incentives of what I’d consider specialty inventory. I recently saw an ad for one of their Ram Black Express lease deals on Facebook, and ended up scheduling a test drive because of

Chrysler’s system for the Dodge Ram trucks may be somewhat successful, but the AFM system on my 2014 Silverado is far from it. It works, as long as you don’t mind hesitation, confusion, and a combination of lugging coupled with transmission clunking.

The problem in my area is sharing the rails with freight trains. A freind tried taking the train from Iowa to the Chicago area and there was about a 2 hour delay heading there, and about 6 hours on the way back. The ticket office said that these kinds of delays happen every day. After that we told ourselves never

You just described my 6-speed transmission in my 2014 Silverado. How is it that in this day and age engineers can't seem to properly tune a transmission?

That’s great in theory, but manufacturers are having a hard time getting the 1-6 or 1-8 correct without complete confusion. I’m all for it as long as it’s crisp, concise, and seamless.

Unless transmission programming gets way better, there’s no way this will be anything but an abomination to drive.

I agree completely. It seems every function of cars and trucks these days is controlled by some kind of control module. When something is acting up, usually a re-flash or software update is the first step. I'd hate to see how these vehicles and computers are going to act, and the kinds of problems we'll see 10

As a buyer of a 2014 Silverado, I can completely understand their move to a shorter powertrain warranty. I've never driven a vehicle with such a horrible transmission. The 8 speeds are having issues too. Don't forget that many owners are experiencing vibration issues that include, but aren't limited to bad tires,

I really want to like the Renegade, especially with its pricing and manual option, but can someone tell me why I immediately think the front end looks feminine when I look at it?

I can attest to this. My 2014 Silverado 6-speed is absolutely horrible. There's no way it should have been released for market with its current transmission software package.

I've always thought that rally racers are hands down some of the best drivers in the world.

Have you ever watched Danica spin? You notice how she's never quick to counter steer the car? She gets bumped, her car get sideways and scoots down to the apron, and the whole time both wheels are still straight. I've noticed this before watching her. Yeah, maybe she shouldn't have been bumped on that part of the
