I'm still a bit confused after reading the Atlantic piece. How did the fan recreate these from clip art? I understand that he could have recognized standard clipart images in the film and then painstakingly tracked them down, but he also had the correct text everywhere on the page. Does all that text ever show up

Some nifty decals she's got there.

Argh... while that documentary has some good interview bits, whoever edited it together is clearly a complete dunce. They showed nothing but All Stars footage (clearly captured from an emulator) when discussing the original release of Super Mario Bros, showed only Zelda II footage when discussing the first Zelda, and

To be fair, he wasn't being a grammar nazi. Kirby's Adventures is quite simply not the name of the game, and should be corrected.

Back in the early days, the same person would often be involved in everything from game design to programming to visual design on a game. Miyamoto was responsible for designing and drawing the first cartoon representations of Mario that defined him, and his drawings have even been on retail packaging before.

    Nice shop.

I was... thinking about e3... trying to use part of the source collar and tie... and I don't know what happened. I think I got lost on the way back from the photo shoppe.

HEY, he taped over Deep Space Nine! What a jerk!

While I do prefer a keyboard to a traditional gamepad for inventory, I'd say that the DS or WiiU approach of having inventory right there on the touch screen is even better. In many PC games, I end up greatly underusing many of my items and weapons because I can't be bothered in the heat of a situation to remember

From my experience, the blowing method is only a temporary fix, and it becomes less effective the more you use it. Eventually both triggers went out on me, so once the problems begin, you can kiss (pun!) your triggers goodbye soon enough. :/

Damn the L/R buttons on these things... my DSi met a similar fate, 'though I still held on to it.

Um... where is the link? I see it nowhere on the article, only embedded copies of the images. It would be nice for you to link to the teaser site so we can get to it without having to visit Konami's Facebook page ourselves and find the update.

I'll take any excuse to use this gif. As a bonus, it's probably accurate again this year.

Not to be a philosophy nerd or philoso-hipster or something, but...

Same here, I don't own a 360—never will—and would like to see all of Double Fine's work on Steam.

I was about to mention that. It also had one (unskippable) question about Facebook usage for which there was no option to say I don't have Facebook. Irritating assumption.

Ugh... the white faces resemble a cross between bad zombie makeup and bad Joker cosplay. And even worse, Kiss concertgoers. Gross.

    You rang?
