I know this isn’t the way the film industry likes to operate, but the thing about movies like the first Matrix is that they’re lightning in a bottle. And no matter how many sequels you make, you’re never going to able to recapture it. And the most you belabor the point, the more you hurt the name.

I do want more ant-man/stature. Just go back to small scale (heh) focused on the family interacting with each other, being cute and wholesome, loads of scale hijinks, potentially in some kind of heist movie variation. I bet AoS gets decent streaming numbers for Disney+. There’s a ton of it, it has MCU clout, and the fanbase is pretty devoted.

I would love something episodic, rather than serial, within the MCU. We sort of get that with What If... but I’m thinking more live action. I think Agents of SHIELD could be that (though probably with a cast switch up as I suspect not everyone would come back, and Jimmy Woo should 100% become a series regular).
