As a LOTRO player since Beta, I have to say that the only somewhat-negative thing about this is people who have been shelling out money for a lifetime subscription may or may not feel fleeced by this move. It's one thing to make a game like this from the start, it's another to change it three years in.

@Falsoman: Trauma Team is pretty sweet so far. The only thing that's kinda put me off is that I'm used to being able to sit down and knock off a level or two in 10-15 minutes, and with the surgeries you can... but the diagnosis/forensics stuff take much longer and thus started to seem slightly tedious.

@Plainswalker22: The only problem with this is that Blizzard charges a good bit more than basically any other MMO to get your client up-to-speed for WOW. That's because they as-of-yet haven't been willing to bundle the most-current expansion with their all-in-one package (Battle Chest).

@Strife Fox †: He IS the guy from Smallville and BSG. His name is Sam Witwer, and he did all the modeling/VO for the character.
