Are you kidding me? Special K Red Berries (strawberry cereal?) is my junk food of choice. If all I had to do to be skinny is eat their cereal, I'd be skinny as fuck. Unfortunately, sugary cereal doesn't make me skinny, it just makes me hungry/cranky/bloated/weird feeling. That Special K challenge is pure shit.

She co-writes them with professional producers. Nothing wrong with that but "co-write" is often an industry term for "sat there and nodded". No idea if that's the case for her, but notice how few (if any) of her songs simply say "written by Rihanna".
