This looks like it’s for an uncontested divorce. Most attorneys will do that for a flat fee, as it’s pretty much just filing paperwork. Really, many of these DIY legal things are risky. It’s like doing your own dental work: sure you might be able to do it on your own, but if you fuck it up, it’s going to be painful.

This is an idea that will a) fail before it starts, or b) get sued out of existence after it screws up someone’s divorce.
