If I am trying to “avoid parenting” as you are saying, I would be taking them to the movie without questioning it. FFS.

Idk if I am ok with that level of violence. I’ll probably have to watch it first.

That’s fine. I haven’t really wanted to take the kids to any of the Marvel movies but am bummed that Wonder Woman is out and I probably won’t take my kids to that. I have two girls so seeing a movie where a woman is being a hero would be fun.

Yeah I think I can take my older daughter who is almost 11. Not sure if my 8 yo can watch it. I watched Force Awakens before taking my kids to make sure it was ok and there was one scene that I prepared my kids for and they were fine (but sad). I’d like to take both of them but I will probably just wait.

TMNT is PG 13? So fucked up

I really hate it when people say “maybe, juuuust maybe” when they argue with people and the fact that you typed it out makes me irrationally despise you.

I wouldn’t have ever taken my kids to a movie like die hard. Like I said, the only PG 13 movies they have seen are the new Star Wars ones. The violence isn’t that gory or terrible. Wasn’t Die Hard rated r?

Maybe it is fucked up that I am ok with Star Wars type violence (largely bloodless and the worst off screen) and not ok with sexual stuff? My kids are pretty innocent and still believe in fairies and shit so I am not entirely ok with them seeing sex scenes. They don’t have phones either so they are relatively

I think I feel this way in particular because it’s Wonder Woman and I have two girls and I would love for them to see it. It’s fine, I will have to think about it.I just wonder why are they making WW Barbie dolls if they make a movie that a 8 or 10 year old can’t see? It is annoying.

That is EXACTLY how I feel. There’s tons of merchandise with these movies but how the fuck can they do that when you can’t take kids to see them? I would LOVE my kids to love Wonder Woman the way I did when I watched the show but I guess they won’t. Mattel has a beautiful Barbie WW that I want to buy but I won’t.

Like I said, I haven’t taken the kids to see any of the Marvel or DC movies. The only movies they have seen are Rogue One and Force Awakens. Both movies are pretty bloodless with the violence. They watched the other Star Wars movies on DVD and probably didn’t pay a ton of attention to it. I actually have no idea

I’m sure I’ll be not popular for saying this, but I really wish I can bring my kids, who are 10 and 8, to see these super hero movies. Wonder Woman looks amazing but I read there are some scenes that I am not sure I am ok with my kids seeing. Namely, that Chris Pine is basically naked and covers his hands to his

I hope so because you sounded really unhinged and angry. Like in a “I’m going going to slowly back away because this guy is going to become violent” way.

The show was so humorless too. It needed a few lighter moments imo.Ones that didn’t have anything to do with Baltar being horny.

You kind of sound a little looney tunes here. No one said Ron Moore said any of these things.

Is Seth Rogan going to make it a big fat joke? Because I hope that’s not the case. I stopped reading it a while back but it’s a great story.

I’m asian and whitewashing really pisses me off but this video is kind of corny.

I might have watched that scene a few times. He had a riding crop in his hand too. Shivers!!!

Turn on closed captioning. I finally was able to understand the plot

Have you seen this?
