When my two children were born via Caesarian, I caught a glimpse of my wife's insides in the reflection on the overhead lights. That was enough to get my stomach turning. I love seeing these old style posters... there's something to be said about the layout and color choices. People try to copy it nowadays for that 'retro' look, but nothing beats the original.
