I might be the world’s biggest Tesla Fanboy, but I can see the main impracticality would be its range - I’m guessing that at around 300 miles, it has a shorter range than other police cruisers, and also the required recharge is at least 20 minutes at a supercharger, as opposed to a quick 5 minute gas-up at any gas…

I am expert level with my 4 mini drones. I’ve heard the same thing - the Chroma will be quite a bit easier to fly, and more resistant to light winds so I’m quite pumped about that. Doesn’t mean I’m not nervous though - huge price difference...

I keep a 64GB in the second slot of my camera as backup - I only save jpgs to it so its got like 3 months of shooting (which is a lot for me). With a 1TB I could backup as RAW. That would be kinda cool.

I’m in the market for a drone for still pictures- the local hobby shop is recommending the Chroma - its a pretty good price, has GPS and they say it will do what I need. Second opinions welcome.
