I used to live in Lorain County. Heroin is a big problem there, but prescription painkillers are a huge problem all over Ohio. Pill mills are big out there, thanks to a stunning lack of regulation until recently, and people can get Oxy and such quite easily. Painkillers are often the jumping-off point to heroin.
If he is hired and not elected, I hope the county fires him for refusing to do his job. End this family’s nepotism at taxpayer expense.
My cousin who was drafted during the Korean War never left the country and was in more danger during his service than this guy. Mostly from the rattlesnake that crawled in his sleeping bag and bit him one night during training.
