Now build a car on the same platform at the same price.  These tall riding vehicles are so yesterday.

Got a first gen 500e. Perfectly reliable, not one visit to the dealer for any issues, the Carfax can confirm this.  Battery is showing almost no depletion after 108K miles.

You are parroting American preconceived notions. Fiat does quite well on the sales and reputation end in Europe, South America and other global locations. If it was as bad as some people parrot, they wouldn’t be around after 125 years.

Venture capitalists of that era wanted long term growth and stability, seeing your examples. Today’s equity bandits are in for a quick payout, end results be damned. But you already knew that.

Or helium filled balloons….

A million times this.  Time to stop the nonsense.

For the US, the Lancia Scorpion (known as the Monte Carlo in Europe). Over nine or so years, about a thousand (?) made it to North America. It evolved into the Lancia Rally 037, which took the WRC 1983 title.

Grew up in the 80s.  Even had a friend with an 84.  It didn’t survive the Las Vegas heat very well.

Any overcompensation vehicle that is large and lifted.

4.44 miles per kW. Efficiency through good aerodynamics and efficient electrics.
