You’d never get scrutineering! Not to mention the British sense of fair play!

Indeed as someone who lives near Goodwood and goes every year I can testify that many entries are not rich.

I’ve had an assortment of hot hatches over many years (thanks to always needing to carry my dog and other stuff).

There’s a huge number of hill climbs in the UK over a variety of different courses so the aero can be useful on lots of tracks.

As a M135i owner this was the engine I knew was coming but don’t want it to exist.

I wonder if it can outdrag the all conquering 720s now?

Excellent post, very informative.

1916kg? How is it so heavy?

Well, ordinarily they are the trail blazers when it comes to engineering but what they have done here is evolved a design to the point it fulfills all of the requirements and then some.

Why is important how they look? They need to fulfill a purpose which they have proven beyond any doubt capable of.

The Royal Navy also provides significant resources for sea rescues utilising warships, helicopters and ribs.

Didn’t Renault famously sell about 200 of those in the UK?

I’ve driven various Megan rs models and they are utterly superb, just thinking about them brings a smile to my face, dynamically they are amazing!

I’m with you. I drive a debadged M135i because it’s incredibly discreet and goes very well although dynamically it’s average, the engine/gearbox is easily best in class.

It’s fair to say though they are all base models and basically at the lowest price point.

That sounds similar to the motorcycle tests in the UK. There are various licenses which are age restricted to keep the casualty rate down.

To be honest over here in the UK it doesn’t seem to be any different than any other year.

The track has been resurfaced this year and there have been many complaints about its bumpiness and whilst an F1 cars suspension shouldn’t let go like that, I wonder if it was a contributing factor.

You’re correct, reliance on products/services is already reducing and the US is very clearly going to be the loser.

Except they are stating they will in some form exit the US if the tariffs are applied as it will be too expensive to make cars in the US.
