Hmm...let’s see. What else goes with Oreos? Horseradish, Tartar Sauce, Oysters, Cocktail Sauce, Minced Onion, Anchovies, Tapenade, Dill Pickle slice, Pickled Ginger, Limburger, and perhaps a dollop of Friskies Beef in Savory Gravy with a twist of Lemon.
I prefer ice cream a la mode - that’s a bowl of vanilla ice cream with a slice of warm pie on top. Pecan pie is preferred.
I’ll eat most anything. Menudo just happens to be the one thing I probably won’t try again. I recently had some blutwurst from the local butcher shop that was pretty tasty. I’ve never tried head cheese, but I’ll try most anything once.
The first time I ordered menudo, they put the bowl in front of me, I took a big sniff, and holy crap, it smelled like dog food. I squeezed lemon into it, added the minced onions and cilantro, and just managed to eat it, but it was a tough brunch. Now I know what beef by-products are.

I got on a Dead is Dead kick and started so many characters in Skyrim, that I now know Bleak Falls Barrow like the back of my hand.
I started so many characters in Vampire: Bloodlines that I ended up playing the haunted hotel until it didn’t unnerve me.

I’ve found that poaching a salmon portion and then topping it with a little butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to be pretty good. Or if I have the time, I’ll make a lemon butter sauce. Brown rice and spinach on the side, and it’s a nice healthy meal and perfect if you’re on a soft diet for dental reasons.
