This. I’ve had the Pixel 1, 3, 4XL, and 5, and I’ve stuck with Pixels because of the smooth experience. I had the Galaxy S6 and switched to Pixel because of how crappy the Samsung experience was. I have tried out friends’ Galaxy phones and have been unimpressed. I was worried with the Pixel 4XL and 5 in terms of

Is there anyone that has a symmetrical camera bump/hump/whatever? I think they’re all asymmetrical.

“Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (with whom Hiram Garcia and Johnson worked on Jungle Cruise)”

My local VW dealer has 10 ID.4's, three in white and seven in blue.  At least my local dealer has prices listed on nine of them.  For some reason, one of the white one is a “please call for price”, though I’m not sure why.

The Queen Really Hates Harry and Meghan’s Kid

“Through an what the Guardian called an “arcane parliamentary mechanism” allowing the Queen to take a look at legislation before its introduced.”

How about the Phoenix metropolitan area having over 200 golf courses?

“people and situations I DAF about.”

Google bought Waze back in 2013, so at this point, I would imagine Google Maps and Waze share the same map data. I could be wrong, but I think Google Maps allows you to get walking, biking, and public transit directions, while Waze does not. Google Maps can work offline, Waze cannot. Google Maps has WAY more features

You’re absolutely right, but most people are not transferring data between local devices in any quantities/speeds that matter. I mean, 802.11ac is what... over 7 years old? And most people do not have speeds from the ISPs that are 400Mbps-1.7Gbps. According to the FCC, the average advertised ISP speed was 146.1Mbps.

“is it still called a “mural” if it’s on the floor?”

“I was able to connect it to the Luno mattress so it didn’t slide around.”

“which means the microfibers could eventually be used to transmit light, similar to fiber optic cables. The scientists said this technology might eventually be leveraged to create tiny sensors capable of detecting air pollution.”

Oh, I thought you were making that statement based on fact. I thought flash storage only degrades because of write cycles. If you have phones with flash storage in a bag under your bed, and they are powered off, they should basically be good forever.

Flash memory in an unused, powered off state, degrades after 15 years?

“Heat pumps are wildly efficient compared to fossil fuel sources of heating and cooling, and they run solely on electricity.”

“‘you did what, you piped flammable gas into your homes and blew air across the in the early 2000s?’”

Why would Apple renovate it to make it a theater and not an Apple Store?  And if it was beneficial/profitable to renovate it back to its original use, then there are plenty of other organizations/companies that are in that area of expertise.  And the fact that hasn’t happened to this theater, or the numerous others in

Why is it terrible to put a building to some use? Especially while preserving most of the architecture? Isn’t this better than letting it sit in a state of disrepair, like the majority of the old theater buildings in downtown LA?

Oh, that is interesting, thanks!  I’ll have to check that out next time I’m in downtown.
