For scrubbing, using the Harmony remote, there’s a lot of waiting. With the Apple TV remote, being able to swipe quickly (to jump forwards/backwards like 30 minutes in a second or two, or swiping slowly to just move forwards/backwards just a couple of seconds) is so much easier.  At least in my experience.  

Apple Fitness+ is fantastic; I’m a huge fan of it and have been using it daily for a variety of workouts (core, strength, yoga, HIIT, treadmill, and rowing).
