I would say because for most uses, the picture would be really tall, making it difficult to view without constant zooming/panning. A PDF that you can scroll through page by page is probably easier for anything you need where you’re capturing multiple pages.

There’s definitely room on the screen for two users’ data to be displayed, and if Apple wanted to, they could have room for up to 4 users on the screen (individual data and burn bar in each corner, with countdown timer in the top center). It would be nice for households with multiple Watches.

That’s fair. If you can hit 90+ WPM without error, it shouldn’t matter what method you’re using. In my limited experience, I’ve never seen or heard of anyone typing at those speeds without doing some sort of home row touch typing.
