Go sit in your corner and think about what you've done, @serious gord.
I think you'll find that's the right side...
Wonderful, awesome car, when it runs.
You realize, I assume, that every other VW plant on Earth is unionized...
Au contraire, mon frere!
Whatever chance they had they blew by not knowing what to do. Once you spin some nice deep holes for your tires in the soft stuff you're done for.
If I was King, you'd need a medical waiver to get a slushbox. :)
Sounds like it is high time for you to go back and watch some classic Dr. Who.
Thanks! I was figuring out that there wasn't much point in debating with him.
Come here and let me love you, you big practical diesel wagon...
Oh man, I pray the answer is "Audi Ur-S4/S6" seeing as I own one.
It's always Laibach time.
I sat in one for the first time this weekend. I was struck with how close they have hewed to the concept car. Really striking. Ugly, but striking. My hats off to BMW for staying true to the concept.
I agree. The Volt and the i3 (and the ELR if anyone ever buys one) are electric drive. They could operate with no gas engine. Saying either is just like a Prius ignores the facts.
The Tesla is scary-fast. I was thinking of various cars (TT RS, etc) and I realized all of them are slower than the Model S off the line.
Audi really did get much worse in the early 2000s, according to the stats. 2003-6 being the worst. Certain models and engines were flat out lemons, too. Allroads, 2006 A3, 2003-6 S4s, and so on.
pshaw!
Admittedly my car's ignition was recalled for the same issue - but that was lousy implementation in both cases, not anything essential about the placement of the switch.
Or in the dash off to the right of the steering column, like my S6. Anything that happens there is going to be the work of my hands, not my legs...
