I was surprised to read this, because I’ve never read of an Air Force chopper doing anything anywhere, not even crashing. Turns out they are mostly used to secure our nuclear arsenal and keep our civilian leadership as intact as possible in the case of an attack or catastrophe. The Pave Hawks are used to extract…
He said in the presentation that it’s a 2021 model year vehicle. Anyone would assume any other manufacturer was presenting a more or less finished vehicle, otherwise they’d just call it a concept car. Which is what this is.
This was more obscure than I thought it would be, but finally found a link on Spotify:

You’ve apparently never worked a company being run by venture capitalists.
I just detailed my car, I’m here to say the whoosh into every crack and crevice available to them.
I think he’s referring to Mandalor.
Yes, and that would negate half of my argument. Probably won’t though.
Yes, and if logic dictated American car purchasing decisions they’d be in business. Kei cars would also make a ton of sense in a lot of US cities, but I don’t see them here either.
This doesn’t have the range or size to come to the US.
It sort of like a grocery store taking other chains’ coupons. If you’re willing to accept that paltry discount instead of negotiating a better price, which is almost always possible unless you’re buying a low-production car which probably wouldn’t be eligible for the discount anyway, then they definitely would like to…
It says right in the article that it’s a 2020 model year car, no mention of it being a concept.
I completely agree, the science is out on this question, but here’s a more recent follow up to those initial studies: https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/5/18210827/marijuana-traffic-fatality-deaths-transportation-public-health
The data doesn’t line up with your paranoia. It’s always best to drive sober, but the consensus of studies so far does not point to an increased rate of accidents where marijuana is legalized or even in studies that look at individual ability while impaired.
This is where having The Onion mixed into these sites can make things confusing. The top image looks photoshopped, and just thought I was reading an unfunny Onion headline.
The curve isn’t really noticeable when sitting in front of it, which is the point.

Pretty weak article when you think about it, but you made it all worth it with that comment.
I like that Toyota trucks still come dumb as shit and with hydraulic steering.
I’ll suit up for this one, but as long as you don’t hang onto them more than about 3 years from brand new, e.g. a lease, they’re a good car. They have a throaty V6 and aren’t slow in straight line. While smaller than an Altima, they still hold 4 adults comfortably.
You made this sound too accurate to come off as the joke you (I sincerely hope) meant it as.
