agreed, Eridani. S6 was a meanering mess. and i loathed the meta stuff; it took me right out of this layered and densely constructed Supernatural universe for a few cheap laughs and fan-boy references practically cheapened the whole thing for me.

I was always slightly more partial to The Silverhawks, which was paired with Thundercats, kinda like I was partial to vehicle Voltron more than I was lion Voltron.

Agreed. Not much imho has happened in these first two eps other than the "miracle". And the arsenic on a plane scene(s) took too damn long for the inevitable conclusion. Get to the good, tout de suite!

Agreed.

could that artists signature BE any bigger??! It's not about you, bub.

Outlook:mac 2011 crashes many times a day on my brand new 2x2.4Ghz Quad Core MacPro – yet it doesn't for my colleague who's running the same version on his older MacPro. Don't know how to describe or where to begin looking for a solution!

VF was appallingly bad.

Why is it that the 'bots in the new billboards for T:DOTM look esp. fake/cartoony. When the first movie hit, Optimus et al seemed so cool. Now they look to refined and jokey.

@hazelmaeby: apologies, but i think the the above is one of the worst line readings in the history of cinema thanks to Ron Pealman's delivery. I don't fault the writing, just the acting. On the flip side, I LOVE the scene between Call and Ripley where Call says, "Don't make me do this." and Ripley replies with "Don't

Batlife, let's put it this way: I watched the DVD box set from end-to-end in marathon 6-8 hour sessions at a time and when it was over, I cried – not just because the ending was powerful, but because I didn't want to say goodbye to the characters I had grown to know and love. I think I also cried at the thought of

agreed... to the Nth power.

NOT showing Clarke head-tot-toe in the Supes costume was a masterful and purposeful F.U. to the loyal viewer, who, for a decade, put up with "Smallville" out of perverse obligation as you so well put it. It also felt like a cheat – as did the ridiculously easy way Clarke dealt with each seasons' big bad. Darkseid,

I've always thought that the non-human GLs were silly. I mean, Gnort, Chip and a whole host of others I can't name

Molly O' has a raging heart-on for Mark. Sesssy!

I turned it off right after he was shot dead and was grieved by Amy. The way in which the story was unfolding I found very unappealing. It just didn't hook me. And... clearly he's not dead as there's been no recasting and it was minutes into the episode.

My real question still left unanswered is this: What can I do to better insulate the side(s) left open and only protected by those flimsy plastic "extenders". I have 3 window a/cs and my apt gets damn hot – sometimes over 100° in the extreme summer heat here in SoCal – even with all windows closed and blinds shut.

@Rumtum: exactly!

I'm agreeing with @V. They cast the hell out of BSG and now various iterations of the same 10 people are populating all our scifi/geeky drama shows. Lucy Lawless and Helfer were just on "No Ordinary Family" and that's the first of many examples. Please make it stop and show a flash of brilliance again for casting
