That’s my favorite part of all conspiracy theorists: the contradictions. I once had an argument with a classmate who bought all the militia shit about the government and forcefully argued that all firearms need to be legal to prevent the Government from rounding up dissenters and throwing them into FEMA camps.

Airlines did such a bang-up job of delaying and destroying rail service alternatives, they really don’t know have much reason not to gouge you at this point.

Regardless of the crimes committed, throwing a person in jail for life before their brain has fully developed is the very definition of cruel and unusual punishment.

Defense attorney here...... I just have to step in to say don’t make the mistake of thinking all those who commit crimes are doing it because of need.

A fairly large section of American society has no problem with prison rape because they view it as a “just punishment” for those who transgress against crimes. Just pull up any random crime story on a local news media website and I guarantee there will be people rejoicing in a suspect’s inevitable pending rape.

I blame the lack of teaching formal logic in public education.

OK, Normcore wins:

Just dropping a line to salute your use of facts in a comment section.

I missed the part of history where Mandela dressed up his cat......

I love when people (like Snowflake up there) think they’re making some kind of deep point with that sort of pedantry. Next thing you know, he’ll be alerting us there was never a paper on “Reaganomics.”

He went a long way towards eliminating corruption when he put Pam Bondi on his transition team.

Yeah. When you’re not worried about being a target/victim, it’s really easy to put things on a back burner.

“(T)o his credit, he campaigned tirelessly and it’s probably why he won...”

People were saying the same thing about the GOP in 2008 when Democrats had the White House, The House of Representatives and a 60-seat margin in the Senate.

Thank you. I am so sick of hearing “Well Trump is gonna bring back our jobs.” Those jobs are gone. For good. We simply don’t need a large, unskilled workforce in manufacturing. Take 30 minutes to watch an episode of “How It’s Made” and see how many manual assembly lines still exist.

I don’t know of any national precedent for this, but there was a similar issue with the governor of Georgia back in the 50's. Basically it’s believed that the vice-president elect would take office.

“Most of our youth are on DRUGS or pregnant with a mongrel child. If our forefathers could see America today they would have our Government Leaders put to DEATH. For Treason against the American people. They are rolling in their graves as you read this now.”

At first I asked myself “how could a jury possibly find them not guilty?” Then I remembered the history of Oregon and its founding and thought “Oh yeah, redneck racists breed breed like rabbits.” They were judged by a jury of their peers, that’s for sure.

Well if he were openly hosting material of that nature, he’d be arrested and the situation would work itself out.
