So you are saying high truck beds don’t matter because you just use a trailer to haul stuffs with. In that case what even is the point of a pick up truck?

Their egos.
Do people haul anything in them other than golf or hockey bags? The bed length shortening may be an even worse problem. People need to show off their fragile petro-masculinity with giant trucks that are part of the maga uniform.
The key word is “expectations”.
E90 328i. Since the car will be a fraction of the budget, it leaves room for the 3-stage intake, headers, tune, 3.64 LSD, M3 control arms, 335i brakes, and MCS coil-overs. The perfect all-around car. E46 M3 would be a better driver, but less comfortable and less practical than a sedan.
My past cars include an RX-8,…
The premise that *most* people even remotely follow what Elon Musk says is a nonsense.
Tesla owner here. 2020 model Y.
Because I’m sure that unsupervised, they will raise rates only enough to cover increased costs.

Here’s a not so secret secret, insurance companies don’t want to cover anyone. That’s how they make money, by taking your money and giving you nothing in return, then when they do HAVE TO do something, they fight you for every penny hoping you give up. Then the next year they raise your rates because you dared to use…
I mean, we can all move to Austin. Oh wait... that’s also super expensive now...
No; CR uses survey data with a statistically significant number of data points, unlike, well, pretty much every other reliability “rating” in existence.
And the Ridgeline handles most work and most offroad that most truck drivers subject themselves to doing. It’s got the biggest short bed in the business, and one of the highest payloads.
The Ridgeline is a great option considering a huge number of truck owners haven’t even used what they have on dirt or for work. As far as off-roading goes, I wouldn’t go for the Tacoma.
I feel like this has become common knowledge over the last few years: If your intent is to buy a Tacoma for anything other than being abused by your construction/landscaping/whatever company for 20 years and 300k milles...
having owned the NX and now the XC60, I’d take the Volvo everytime
If you like the XC60, but want better ride and handling get the V60 instead of the NX. Also, those wide angle cameras aren’t doing Lexus any favors.
People are only “forced” to get a hybrid if they want something off-the-lot. They are free to place a special order and wait for a different model (which is basically how it has been for the past 3 years anyway).
I think you’re right. This isn’t the same problem as 10 years ago. Back then, the fear was that EVs wouldn’t sell and if you invested in a public charging station you might not have enough customers. Now we are getting to the point where there are customers but not enough stations. When new stations are actually in…
America really is a shitty country.
