While I wish McDonalds would revert back to their fried pies, I will say their McCafe Cinnamon Roll is pretty good. Not quite Cinnabon good, but better than just about everything else sweet they offer (unless you’re really into their ice cream or shakes)

I’m still waiting on them to build toilets right into the seats so I can take a nice big shit without possibly missing any important moments. Don’t worry, I’ve brought my personal bottle of poo-pourri to spray beforehand, because I’m thoughtful and care about my fellow moviegoers.

I mean, alcohol is sold at just about every form of public entertainment these days. Movies, plays, concerts, sports, etc. It’s inevitable, ramifications be damned. *shrug*

I understand the need to want to capture different market segments and pursue additional revenue streams. As attendance has dwindled due to a variety of factors (prevalence of affordable home theatre setups, covid, etc), it’s understandable they would go after something like that. But prepared food has such low

What an absolutely useless article. It doesn’t mention specific companies offering subscription services, doesn’t give any examples of prices, availability of makes or models. From reading this article, I have no way of knowing whether the offerings out there are “worth it” compared to what it would cost to finance or

Yep, love MT and respect the hell out of everyone involved putting on those shows. But fuck management. Pay those people and ensure safe working conditions.

Gotta love when a “special sauce” is something as generic as a mixture of Ranch and Ketchup. Very special. Really put a lot of thought into that one.

Same article could be written about Tommy’s as well. In N Out gets most of the press (not that it doesn’t deserve it), but Fatburger and Tommy’s are beloved LA institutions in their own right.

My wife swore by Tapatio Doritos for years, but within the last year has started to prefer Flamas or Flamin Hot Limon. I tend to stick with Spicy Sweet Chile or Taco Flavor. Still need to try the new Sweet & Tangy BBQ flavor too.

I’d be curious to compare the ingredients lists of conversation hearts and Tums.

Surprised gruyère wasn’t on the list.

With a side of Listeria.

I love the theming of that bar. Imagineering done right.

This sounds horrific, like an off-brand Pepto Bismol.

Yep, done the same on plenty of occasions. It’s just nuts when you’ll be like “hey, I’ll just order some delivery, this item is only 10 bucks” (already 2 bucks more than ordering in store), and then get saddled with a delivery fee, convenience fee, tax, and tip which turns 10 bucks into $20+. Becomes hard to justify

Delivery through these services really is ridiculous. They get you so many ways too. The items themselves are always more expensive than when ordered directly from the restaurant. Then they tack on a delivery fee, then you’ve got the tip to the driver. And some will have an additional surcharge beyond that. Like

Not sure I’d consider anything Hershey is selling as “premium”, but selling factory direct is a welcome option.

Exactly. It’s not like the check itself was worth millions of dollars. Their finance department would have realized they were missing payment for something and would have just requested another check, while the other business would have had their bank void the original.

Damn, I had no idea they had switched their hot dogs. Makes sense to use an in house brand though. I agree 100% on switching from Pepsi to Coke. Can’t stand most Pepsi products (outside of maybe Wild Cherry).
