It’s certainly part of healthcare worker screening where I’m from (not the US).

TB vaccination (BCG) isn’t used a lot in adults as it doesn’t work very well! For example, I was vaccinated as an adult and was still able to pass skin prick tests afterwards (as part of healthcare worker screening). It does reduce the severity of infection in children, which is why it’s used as a newborn vaccination
