I believe it was also supposed to be funny. And that’s where it really missed the mark, ya know after the first 10 seconds of it anyway.

Whatever they were aiming for, they really ran that bit into the ground. Was slightly funny when first introduced, but quickly wore out its welcome.
B+? Really? This episode was weak, like really weak. Had solid foundation for a plot, but no real humor to bite into, it felt very phoned in overall, especially after last week’s brilliant and hilarious episode. The city people are chickens or birds or whatever was humorous for a moment, but they really beat that dead…
I think they’re undeniably a scam, but the fact of the matter is that average Joes are genuinely making good money on the scam. Like it's a viable means to make money for the time being, despite everyone kinda winking at each other about it all and knowing it's all bullshit.
Youcan also stream it even on the Switch of you have Hulu and pay for the live TV package of the service on the Nintendo system.
No joke, I thought Bender’s Game was the one of the films with the most consistent and most laugh out loud humor of the movies, the comedy there was the only of the films that really reminded me of the original run’s comedy. Bender’ Big Score had a great story but was light on the laughs, The Beast With a Billion…
I’m not particularly excited. I thought the previous revival was overall fine, but ultimately unnecessary, save a few gems like The Late Philip J. Fry, but one thing I really did like was the finale they had finally given us in the Comedy Central run, it was far better than the finale of the Beast with a Billion…
Geez, this passes for gaming news? What happened to Kotaku?
That’s actually pretty smart, people will go to Wordle, be able to play the game, but also get links for their daily crossword, sudoku, etc. etc.
It’s not even as original as a Password/Scrabble hybrid. It is legit, a direct ripoff of the gameshow Lingo on GSN in the early 2000s, right down to the exact same number of letters each word has (5). Yeah, the colors used to signify a correct letter in the wrong place a correctly placed letter were different. But…
Anyone remember an old game show on the Game Show Network in the early 2000s called Lingo? I ask because, Wordle is literally Lingo, and if Wordle was bought for 7 figures, I would think the creator of Lingo would be in the right to try and get a piece of that pie.
“The end game is about giving players the opportunity to resell their items once they’re finished with them or they’re finished playing the game itself.”
Look, I love Pokemon, but no amount of lore can gloss offer the fact that what you do in the games are collect creatures and have them fight each other until they faint.
Yeah, OK, I can genuinely understand why Nintendo would be keen to take down this particular fan game. There have been projects they've shut down before which totally felt unwarranted. But I can understand why a title like this could be considered damaging to the brand.
Cuz being extinct has stopped pokemon from appearing in modern games...
And apparently the only one to go extinct lol.
Then there is Minecraft which they have kept multiplatform and undeniably it has meant a lot of excess profits because of that choice. So who knows? Kinda just proves that you can't really predict this stuff until Mocrosoft confirm it themselves.
“There’s just something darkly hilarious about seeing a character as cute as Kirby, who lives in a dream-like world of imagination, snuffing out similarly adorable baddies with a pistol alongside playful footage of him fishing and taking beachside snoozes.”
“Former esports commentator and new Xplay co-host, Indiana “Froskurinn” Black, specifically called out the crude sexism of viewers, online commentators, and other randos that she still faces in gaming in the year 2021.” Well this just sounds like a joy to watch. Also, drawing attention to the issue, will only make the…
Seems fair to me, it’d be pretty lame to let the sins of a third party developer be of any concern to Xbox. Microsoft just offers a platform on which to play the games made by the dev, by no means does that mean they should concern themselves with the fires of those that put such games on their platform.
