Every time I see a video like this, I am always curious to know exactly what the car was in for as it directly impacts the “test run.” For example: If the owner brought his car in for a broken door latch, then this video is insanely suspect. But, if the owner brought in his car complaining of “A ticking noise only at

Maybe even just knowing something like that is in your driveway while you electro-scoot to work is enough.

So this hits home for me, as I rent a house, and am constantly working on at least two vehicles. Now I am lucky because my rental property management company does not care enough to be bothered to check anything, the owner never swings by, and the garage is in the back, so everything is totally out of view.

Tavarish’s rant definitely has merit. And I can say, through my own experiences, BMW’s are a pain to maintain, both financially and at the cost of your sanity. That said, they are fantastic driving machines and will run forever if well maintained.

In attempt to curb all the haters, Freddy, you are absolutely right. I have owned 3 BMW’s and worked on my buddy’s other two. I love them. They drive great. But seriously, screw these cars. And its not just the motor’s reliability that I take issue with.

Well said, David.

I really don’t know why I dig this lifted 350Z so much

It appears the last line of my last comment was correct... So let’s go over that something you mentioned:

I’ll chill when the air I breathe isn’t contaminated with pollutants ...

Correction: It was just Ferrari being Ferrari. That kind of elitist attitude is actually exactly what got Lamborghini to start producing super cars instead of tractors.

5%? More like .0001%

Salt Lake City and surrounding areas absolutely have smog problems. That valley just has pollutants sit there endlessly.

Lol, Coal rollers are annoying. Still, ends justifying means is a slippery slope.

This one is easy: Let’s have a car show that does not revolve around Baby Boomers. Done.

I have no real love for the Diesel Brothers or their show: I really don’t care for “Bro-Dozers” and find them somewhat annoying, but that is really a matter of personal preference.

I always loved that generation TL. My mother has one (in champagne, unfortunately).

Landlord: Can you teach me to drive a manual?

My one and only complaint (other than the fickle ATTS unit of the SH) was that it was FWD. It was RWD, it would have been perfect.

Sadly mine is long gone, and I am strictly in the front engine, rear wheel drive game now. But I still miss that car.
