The collapse of the cheap used car market is something I was admittedly not ready for, and now I have two cars that may be difficult to offload. But honestly, that is fine. I understand how the free market works and this is simply a reality I have to deal with. I should have paid more attention to the used car market

I have been out of the game for a little bit now, but I remember, about 6 years ago, $2000 was kind of the minimum for a running car, at least in Los Angeles. I listed my 95 Civic back then with 220,000 miles for $1800 and I got 50 calls in one hour. Now, most offers are $1000 or less. So something changed.

But it’s O.B.O.

Oh man. I have so been there. Actually, I’m there right now. With TWO cars.

Lol, sadly, I had no proof. Such is life.

No one is excusing parking like an ass here. Park like a jerk, and you can expect consequences. We love our cars and, therefore, would NEVER park too close to another car.

Absolutely nothing. At least nothing different. Though, I imagine had the roles been reversed, I would have been hearing from his lawyer.

Dude, you need a new ride.

On an unrelated note, has anyone dinged your Aston yet? In six and a half years of ownership, I have had three people decide to take it upon themselves to “improve” the lines of my Camaro’s passenger door.

I appreciate the example! However, from a mechanical design perspective, the idea seems inherently flawed. It would require the inner track and the door to be hinged at just one small point, creating a large “U” so to speak, which would not be stable. I would imaging the siding mechanism would be flimsy even under

Hahaha, I kid. Your argument is, of course, sound.

Reviewing that Odyssey seems to have messed with your head.

Likely has more power too.

They are certainly significantly more rare, so, technically, based of his sole mentioned reasoning for wanting a V12, he should want a V10 more.

Personally, I think even a basic LS V8 motor sounds better than a V10 Viper engine. That said, a Viper sounds fine. There’s a whole litany of cars that sound significantly worse. A Nissan versa, for instance, sounds like a vacuum cleaner. Actually, a nice Dyson sounds better.

Just go get a Viper. Ya, it’s only 10 cylinders, but it’s close. It will also be, and I can’t believe I am saying this, more reliable and cheaper to fix than most V12 cars.

You are totally right, but automotive industry back-pedaling is nothing new. That said, call me old school, but I still prefer a steel car, but ONLY because everyone else’s modern car is smooshy.

The article mentioned ground level GPS would likely not be affected, my phone GPS works, and I have yet to see any reports of GPS systems other than Lexus to be affected.

Freddy, this is the coolest thing you have ever done.
