Given that the name “Link” is actually a placeholder name that you are supposed to erase and replace with your own, and given that the placeholder “Link” was chosen because he is meant to LINK the player to the world of Hyrule, I fail to see why Link can’t be female.

I wonder if this update is the same one that apparently removed the option to disable automatic replay saves. I’m PRETTY sure that my game began saving every Replay just recently, to the end that the replays I actually LIKE are getting lost in a sea of garbage replays.

I don’t normally play with buddies on this game, and I don’t really think their abilities exactly appeal to what I like to do in the game. That said, I imagine it’s a bit like this other game I play with one player piloting and another player gunning.

I heard what some people will do is take a royalties-free song and sample it in their own music. This then causes videos with the royalties-free version to get content id flagged. I kinda doubt it’s done out of malice aforethought, though.

Yeah, when I first heard about this game, I thought, “oh, it’s like TF2.” When I saw some of its game modes, I thought, “oh, those sound VERY much like TF2.” When I saw part of a video of the game in action, I thought, “yup, that’s TF2.”

It’s been a while since I’ve played WoW, but I feel at the time it had one of the better combat systems in terms of MMOs. Not the best, mind you, but certainly better-paced than FFXI. I liked that it was more focused around actively using abilities and less on the stupid, boring auto attack.

Well, this is unfortunate. This is the SECOND game where Blizzard has priced themselves out of a sale, in my eyes (the first being LotV).

I think this may have come too late for me. I derived no joy from quick match, and instead found it infuriating. I play games to unwind and have fun; quick match was the polar opposite of what I sought. So I swore off it forever.

I bet it’s a bit like playing as Abathur, except if your host dies, you suffer for it as well.
