It is HDR enabled for any content that supports it. Gears 4 and Forza Horizons 3 will be HDR compliant. UHD Blu-ray will also feature HDR. As for YouTube and Netflix 4K videos I’m not sure you’ll have to verify that yourself.

I’ve never had latency issues in any emulators in any game I’ve ever played. I use the same controller for any game that supports the input method on my phone. Even when playing VR games using my controller no latency issues.

Just use a Bluetooth controller of your choice. There is no need to use the touchscreen buttons.

I don’t use the touchscreen buttons on my emulators though to be honest I can’t anyway. I just use my Bluetooth controller. I wish I could use this device simply because of the nostalgia points after seeing how it looks. Pokemon yellow was one of my favorites of the series with Pikachu following behind me.
