I really liked Happy Death Day.  A good entry in the Groundhog Day genre.  The sequel wasn’t nearly as good, although it did have its moments.  I’d be happy to stream a third if they made one.

I definitely did not expect them to lean so hard into the mental illness aspect of the character. His coworker addresses him as Steven, which I assume means he’s fully living as his Steven Grant alternate personality. Pretty intense by Disney standards.

This looks darker and more intense than anything I’d have expected to appear on Disney+. It looks more like a Netflix series...
