I wonder if this is an attempt to sell to people who may think it will be the same as FF7 and therefore not worth it. “Look! There are changes! See how they happen!”

Well, I think your own reading is peculiar and does not respond to the actual text and context, and in any case now I’ve thoroughly clarified myself.

Sounds like you should have responded to OP then, and not me. In context, I certainly didn’t agree to that comment. I acknowledged embezzlement was one possibility, and wondered openly about the confusing math here. My final statement was that it doesn’t look good. A boss getting a large bonus when the employees

We will likely be done with the first big wave by September, but projections are that we’ll continue to deal with Covid-19 until a vaccine becomes available or until the virus exhausts itself out. For what it’s worth, at work we’re planning contingency plans out to spring 2021 in response to WHO and CDC models.

“It doesn’t look good” is hardly a sweeping or weird accusation. I’m genuinely baffled by the math here, and am far from assuming I have the requisite details needed to make a firmer judgment than that.

I don’t get the math here at all. So the game was more expensive, which would ostensibly affect the profits and require more money to go to the company. But part of the expense (?) on the company side (?) would have been the $12 million to Randy Pitchford, right? Would that $12 million still have been there on the

I generally agree and was / am planning to wait.

That’s what I was thinking too. I won’t be able to get it from next month, so it helps to hear people say that it’s okay to wait.

Let’s say I get the game in a few weeks. Would anyone recommend time traveling back to release day and playing forward at an accelerated pace to catch up to friends who have played since release, or does that suck all the chill out of a chill game?

On another call, I inform a colleague that I can’t speak for the next few seconds because I need to blow up a balloon that little hands have just given me. And then I need to inflate another. And another.

Same. I’ve had 2 or even 3 people die, but never 4.

As someone who has never played an Animal Crossing, are there things I can’t do without waiting for the next real life day?

I’m waiting for Persona 5 Royal tomorrow. Meanwhile, I killed my entire Pathfinder party (except for me) in Oregon Trail. Whoops!

I’m playing as a farmer.

In my opinion, the Witcher is fine pulp fantasy in the tradition of Robert E. Howard. The world and the central characters are the focus. In comparison, the individual stories vary in quality and draw heavily on popular tropes and classic media.

I am waiting for Persona 5 Royal to unlock on Tuesday. I've got comp time from the last couple of weeks of frenzied work, so I hope to take a couple of days to put a dent in it next week or the week after. :)

Closer to 2 months in China's case, but otherwise agree. The sooner we can collectively do this, the sooner we can get back to a semblance of ordinary.

Yeah, I don’t like that so much either. It’s the shadows - without shadows around his eyes, mouth, and cheeks, Reyn looks less intense. They’ve seemingly done that for all of the characters.

I feel conflicted about the new UI and design in Xenoblade Chronicles. It feels a lot simpler and smoother than the original. At the same time, I find the character designs less interesting.

Relevance.
