Right? This reminded me of a more expensive version of my first car, which I loved. Then I remembered that I bought that car almost 15 years ago, and this one is only two years newer.

This price seems insane. The first car I bought was a 1990 Volvo 240 that I paid $2,000 for. It had 60k fewer miles so that is part of the price...but that was also more than a decade ago.

I had the same thought that they made it intentionally dark to make it easier to film because you didn’t need much detail. 

There were a few parts that reminded me of watching a transformers movie where you can tell that there is an epic fight going on but you have no idea who is winning. The scene w/ the dragons fighting in mid air for example. I had no idea which dragon was winning.

Someone renting a bike instead of renting a scooter isn’t any more likely to be wearing a helmet. My guess is that most people who wreck one of these and seriously hurt themselves know damn well it’s their own fault and they were doing something stupid (the incident where the scooter fell apart is a separate issue). No one wants to admit it is their own fault so they file a complaint.

When I got laid off two years ago I collected my severance and my unemployment and it was great. Got paid more to have no job than I did when I worked. No one should feel guilty for collecting unemployment. You already paid for it - that’s what it’s there for.
