I think someone should load a ginormous boulder onto a flat bed and drive under the bridge at a high rate of speed. Bridge damaged to the point it must be replaced. Done.

Couldn’t agree more. Build up the grade leading to the bridge and raise the bridge. Engineering! Hell, dig the roadbed down a couple feet. There’s a solution waiting to happen.
$5K for a V10 Touareg? I’d say you made out alright, as long as you don’t have to make any repairs in the near future. I only see V8s on Craigslist right now, and they’re all north of $8K.
I grew up in Arkansas, and we were out in the country visiting a family when I got to see a tractor tire blow out. I don’t recall why they were working on the tractor, but when they drove off, one of the big tires on the rear blew. I remember two things. It was loud as hell, and it killed a chicken. Guess the poor…
Good God! All the counseling and therapy I’ve done, undone in 2 seconds. Why did Speed Racer have to be the cover pic of the article?
I agree, but if that’s a single owner bike, that’s a decent deal. I just sold my 2004 RC51 this week, with 19,800 on the clock for $7500. If you can get that for $6000, I’d jump on it. The paint job is reminiscent of the 83 VF750F too, and is the one to have I think.
Wait, wait, wait! Hol up! Volkswagens float? Did I catch that?
This checks out, surprisingly. Hell, maybe they’ll get lucky and find a couple containers of PS 5s and be instant millionaires!
The motors you want on your boat when the zombie sharks come!
I hope your brother and his girlfriend get the heck out of HK before the PRC decides all you people are belong to us. Real shame what’s happening over there, but did anyone really think “one country, two systems” was going to be allowed to stand by Bejing? HK has to be one of the most interesting places I’ve visited…
When I was in the Navy, we’d see these container boats out on the ocean. On the horizon they look like a huge rectangle. They’re just piled high with containers, and I can imagine them being quite top heavy. I always wondered how they didn’t lose a lot of those containers and I guess now I know they do.
I voted No Dice, but only because of the unknowns. If there are records to show the mods have been done, great. If the car were a couple grand lower, no worries...you can put that cash into a new bearing and clutch. I think it’s priced just about right though. It’s at the point where I would consider it regardless…
The day I learned the textbook definition of irony...the day I heard the Chinese military was worried about Tesla capturing something sensitive!
This...end of discussion.
All the Charlie Murphy/Dave videos are hilarious. Seems like YouTube puts one in front of me every couple months. One of the few times I don’t mind the recommendation algorithm.
I think Tesla should be subject to lawsuits in the same manner gun manufacturers are. Smith & Wesson didn’t tell anyone to rob the liquor store, but when someone does, S&W is sued. Tesla should be the same. They’ve implied the car can drive itself, except when it can’t. Hit a pedestrian, sue Tesla.
A Code Brown moment, for sure!
This checks out.
Oh man, this is a sad day. The Transit van videos are classic, but she’s been in so many more and just seemed to be having more funny than anyone has a right too. Sorry to hear this news.
Absolutely! I can’t imagine they’re not already thinking of it.
