Some developers are even in talks of having “options” on console multiplayer games. Let the users decide who they want to “matchmake” with.

Originally, Microsoft wasn’t even willing to share with the PC, even for FFXIV Online. Times have obviously changed. Director Noaki Yoshida has always wanted FFXIV on the Xbox.
