I don’t think I’d go “a hell of a lot more” reasonable. Maybe a “heck.” The explicit refusal to expand the list to include countries (cough*SaudiArabia) from which terrorists are known to have come is still a slap in the face and an acknowledgement that profit and politics are more important than so-called security.
