I agree that the Crosstour and the ZDX had a different shape (and also were not on the same platform).

I agree the Crosstour was pretty ugly for its time, but Honda also made the Acura ZDX at approximately the same time. While they’re surprising *not* the same platform, the ZDX is way uglier:
I’m in this camp too. I still mutter irritatedly under my breath every time I see one: about its ugly, impractical absurdity, about the stupidity of the buyer for ponying up for that “worst of all worlds” compromise-mobile, about Ford’s cynicism in bringing a crap model that was never intended for the United States to…

“Originally entitled Straight Man, the show’s title was changed after the writing team decided Odenkirk’s character would be incredibly gay.”
Yeah, seriously. I dusted my old skateboard off when I moved to the burbs at the start of the pandemic and one ride down my driveway sent me flying at the first crack. Apparently, I am part cat because I always manage to land on my feet but that experience was enough for me to put the skateboard back on its shelf…
Lol I have a pair at my house that my buddies and I use. It tops out at around 37-38 and I’ve only been above 35 a handful of times. It’s genuinely terrifying but if you’re comfortable with a skateboard, I didn’t think it was any more insane than the bonkers hills I used to bomb on my longboard.
My kid built a 2 motor one. I took it up to 40mph once and all I could picture was shattered collar bones. It was terrifying. What they can do is amazing though. His topped out at 50mph, could do 30 miles on a charge and could climb a 30% grade. I think he had like $1500 into it.
I am so very glad that my thrill-seeking 21-year-old son is currently a broke university student.
bring it back, if only for this one.

Your first points are valid, and though I’m not a fan of the diamond quilt pattern, those *vinyl* mats are actually pretty good. I had a set in my Cooper and they trap water just as well as Weathertech but are softer and have better carpet coverage. Salt gets everywhere.
My favorite is the 2.5 or 2.75 tune, where they only did half the shit to make a stage 3 tune run safely and reliably. Classic.
No relation to Milk and Cheese, but possibly just as violent:
I mean - ex-Jalop David Tracy is a straight up PIMP!
I dig the paint job, but I feel like it needs a little more work to give it some pizzazz, maybe some black wheels and grille and some tint. All the fuddy-duddies here in the comments obviously aren’t the target audience, but this would be a rad car for a college student or musician with a small budget who doesn’t want…
Fucking. Physical. Media.

Goddammit. I JUST introduced my 5-year-old to the Roadrunner-Coyote cartoons. He loved them! Where’s he going to learn about anvils now??? A blacksmith????
